Sweet Sleep Herbal Tea
This is a lovely bedtime nervine tea that is safe for pregnancy and lactation, as well as babies over 6 months of age.
Ingredients: Oatstraw, oat tops, lemon balm, and lavender.
Instructions: In a french press, pour one quart boiling water over contents of entire jar and steep at least 20 minutes. Serve hot or iced with a sprinkle of cinnamon, brown sugar, and your choice of milk. A soothing hug in a mug.
