Welcome Home Midwifery Services, Inc. has a multi-purpose classroom that we utilize for consultations, trainings, workshops, and community events. This room is located on the third floor (stair-accessible only) of an historic building in Midtown Sacramento. The usable space of the classroom measures approximately 350 square feet, with a total capacity of 10-12 adults.
Rental of the space includes:

Comfortable and versatile seating arrangements for 10-12 adults

Midwifery Office Rental
Welcome Home Midwifery Services, Inc. has midwifery clinic space conveniently located in Midtown Sacramento. The usable space of the room measures approximately 150 square feet, with a total capacity of 4-5 adults.
This is a fully equipped midwifery office which includes:
Shared waiting room
ADA Lift available, and ADA-Accessible Restroom just across the hall
Very quiet, private setting for midwifery care
Small, quiet toys for use by children in the office during visits
Free 2-hour street parking
Accessible from two major freeways in Sacramento
Blocks from Sutter Medical Center and a short drive from Mercy General Hospital

Stethoscope and BP Cuff
Handheld Fetal Doppler
Lab Sample Collection Equipment Including:
Stirrup-free Exam Table with Table Wedge
Disposable Pap Supplies and Lighting
WHMS Member Rates
$12 per hour $75 per full day (8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Saturday)
$20 per hour $100 per full day (8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Saturday)
$25 per hour $150 per full day (8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Saturday)
$40 per hour $250 per full day (8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Saturday)
How to Reserve the Classroom or Office
Please see our News page for estimated availability, then fill out the reservation form below. A minimum rental of two hours is required for all reservations. Please include set-up and clean-up time in your reservation. Someone will respond to your inquiry within 7 business days. If your reservation is approved, you will be issued an invoice via Wave (our invoicing software). Upon payment of that invoice, you will receive further information and be invited to the space for a tour and short orientation.
Reservation fees are due in full 2 weeks before your reservation, and may be paid via card, paypal, or bank transfer.
